FORENSIC SERVICES-INDIA (FSI) offers an opportunity for fresher Forensic students to become Certified Forensic Experts (CFE) at FSI and to establish branch offices across various states in India. As of now, our branch offices are strategically located across several key states in India, including Gujarat, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh (U.P), Madhya Pradesh (M.P), and Andhra Pradesh (A.P).

To become a CFE at FSI, candidates must follow specific steps outlined by the organization:-

1. Professional Training: Aspiring CFEs must undergo approximately 5-6 months of professional training focused on real-time court cases under the supervision of an existing CFE. The training fee is set at 50,000 INR, which is considered a one-time investment that can be recovered through participation in just a few court cases.

2. Authorization Letter: After completing the training, candidates are required to obtain an 'Authorization Letter' to open and operate a branch office of FSI in their local city.

3. Office Setup: Candidates must establish an office space, which can be at their residence or another location, to facilitate meetings with clients and advocates and to receive legal documents such as summons or notices from courts. Notably, a large laboratory setup is not necessary to begin practicing as a CFE.

4.Essential Equipment: To effectively perform their duties, CFEs need to have a laptop for report writing and a smartphone (such as Samsung S-22, S-23, or Apple iPhone) equipped with a high-resolution camera for capturing photographs related to court cases. Additionally, they will need to create FSI stamps and letterheads and acquire essential tools like magnifying lenses, small microscopes, measuring scales, and other stationary items.

What will we Assist?

1. We will promote the profile of Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) on the website, social media and in legal fraternity of his/her State to make strong connection so that frequency of receiving the Cases could be achieved. 

2. Apart from the promotion of Certified Forensic Expert (CFE), we will assist in handling Court Cases, report writing and Printing of Hard Copy of report from the Head Office. 

3. We will Promote the Location of Branch Office on the Google Map.

4. Authority Letter or Authorization Letter will be issued on behalf of our Firm to run Branch Office at the Native Place of Certified Forensic Expert (CFE).

5. Being a fresher Forensic Expert and without having any experience, it is very difficult to get Court Cases independently from the advocates but on behalf of our FSI such task become easy as we have already more than 15 year's  experience therefore, Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) can produce to anyone all the reference data of FSI including summons, winning judgments, Ordersheet etc to the clients and advocates who are going to take Expert Opinion in their legal matters and who cross-check the background of the Expert or his company before hand over/assign any Case.

PROCEDURE/STEPS:

1. In the 1st Step, one must to join our professional training based on the Live Court Cases. It takes about 4-5 Months approximately. The training includes how to handle Court Cases, how to tender report in the Court, procedure to take cases on behalf of our Forensic firm, Report writings, Examination in chief, Cross examination etc

2. In the 2nd Step, after obtaining the Training on the Live Court Cases one is entitled to take fresh cases on behalf of our Forensic Firm and he/she can sign report as an Local Expert in his/her State along with the main Expert.  It is an important point to be noted here that being a fresher forensic Expert, it is very difficult to get fresh Cases from Legal fraternity or Lawyers. They want to know the experience, Court testimony, Court summons etc before handover any Case to Forensic Expert. Since, our Firm is having more than 14 Years Experience so it is easy to fulfill any requirements sought by the advocate. So, it is very easy to catch the fresh Cases despite of Associate Forensic Expert on behalf of  our Forensic firm.

3. In the 3rd Step, the address of the Branch Office in a particular State of the Associate Forensic Expert will be displayed on the Letterhead of FSI so that summons, notice issued by the Courts to depose as an Expert Witness may be received on that address.

ADVANTAGES:

1. Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) can become a 'Training Coordinator'  on the panel of 'FORENSIC SERVICES-INDIA'  after completing all the Court Cases in the Training programme and can guide to other students on the basis of our Live Court Cases and can grow his/her network in the Training Sector.

2. Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) can deal Court Cases easily and understand the legal proceedings in a proper manner.

3. Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) can easily understand the legal proceeding of the Court Cases and reply to the clients without any confusion.

4. Certified Forensic Expert (CFE) will get an opportunity to sign the Forensic Report as a main Forensic Examiner under the panel of 'FORENSIC SERVICES-INDIA' in a particular State.

Q: 1 Sir, do you provide any Job on fixed Salary  under FSI?

Ans: No.  We always work on percentage (%) basis with the certified Forensic Expert at FSI depending upon the decided fees in each Case.

Q: 2 How a fresher Forensic student can work with FSI?

Ans: Fresher Forensic Experts can work with FSI in 2 ways:-

A- As a Certified FSI Expert- After taking training of approx. 3 Months, one can become the certified Expert at FSI and thereafter can start work on the Panel of FSI after taking Authorization letter to open branch Office in his/her state. 

B- As a Training Coordinator- The certified Expert who has done training under FSI on the real time Court Cases would be able to impart training to the other students who are interested to join FSI. So, those who have done training under FSI, can earn in both ways i.e. 'Certified Expert' & 'Training Coordinator'. 

Q: 3 In which Forensic Divisions an Associate Expert can work with FSI? 

Ans: Handwriting, Fingerprints, Voice Identification, Audio-Video Authentication, Image Analysis etc

Q: 4 What is the Fees Structure of an Associate Expert with FSI? 

Ans: Condition No-1: If Associate Expert is fully capable to make report on aforesaid divisions, then percentage would be 70-30% out of the total decided fees. Means to say that, 70%  will be deposited in the account of associate Expert and 30% in the account of FSI founder.

Condition No-2: If Certified Expert is not capable to make report on aforesaid divisions, then percentage would be 40-60% out of the total decided fees. 

Q: 5 Sir, is there any commission of FSI founder if a Certified Expert is recalled for cross Examination in the Court in his/her State on behalf of FSI? 

Ans: No. We do not take any fees as a commission in the Cross Examination of Associate Expert in the Court of Law in his/her State on behalf of FSI, when summon is issued by the Hon'ble Court.
