LIFETIME STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

TERMS & CONDITION OF MEMBERSHIP
1- This is a professional membership program and not a salaried job.
2- Work opportunities and remuneration shall be provided on a Case-to-Case/Percentage Sharing Basis.
3-Members may receive certification, professional recognition, and association under the FSI Professional Panel.
4- Case allocation depends upon availability, region, professional conduct, and performance of the member.
5-Members are expected to maintain confidentiality, professional ethics, and proper courtroom conduct.
6-FSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misconduct, misuse of name/logo, or unethical professional activities.
7-Branding, promotion, and referral opportunities may vary according to the member’s activity, experience, and professional performance.
8-Training, guidance, and professional support are intended only for lawful forensic and legal purposes.
9-Membership fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed.
10-Certification and authorization to sign reports under FSI shall be subject to evaluation, professional competence, and internal approval of the organization.
